Champion Speciality Services knows that champion-level performance takes focus, teamwork and a commitment to safety. So we were proud to make a donation to the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida High School lacrosse program to support these same attributes on the playing field, contributing twenty helmets for the team in response to their Cover the Craniums fund-raising campaign.
Palm Beach Gardens High School is a Title I school, meaning a majority of students have socioeconomic challenges. To ensure a safe and equitable start to the season for their players, the school launched a campaign to raise funds for much-needed gear and worn-out playing equipment, particularly helmets.
Champion responded to the call, donating 20 new helmets to the team, with another 10 helmets pledged as their roster grows. With safe, new equipment in place, the team is ready to take on the season, and the development of these student-athletes will only further benefit the community as a whole. All of us at Champion are excited to help – and wish the Gators a great season!
