The CPSSC Nuclear Quality Assurance Program (hereafter known as the NQAP) is developed to comply with regulatory, industry, and customer quality requirements imposed by customers or regulatory agencies for items and services provided by the CPSSC companies’ operations.
The NQAP describes the CPSSC commitments to the quality assurance requirements of the Code of Federal Regulation Title 10, Part 50, Appendix B – Quality Assurance Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants and Fuel Reprocessing Plants, the Code of Federal Regulation Title 10, Part 830, Subpart A – Quality Assurance Requirements, NRC Regulatory Guide 1.28 Rev. 4 Quality Assurance Program Criteria (Design and Construction), and NQA-1 (1994/2004/2008) Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facilities.
